1. Applicants: In-service researchers from universities, research institutes, enterprises and other institutions around the world (students are not allowed to apply)
2. Application time: Experimental applications are accepted all year round. The experimental applications for the year should be submitted by the end of January each year, and the submitted experimental applications will be reviewed by experts.
3. Evaluation criteria for experimental application:
1) Scientific significance, academic importance and social benefits of the experiment;
2) Feasibility of the experimental scheme and whether the required laser conditions are available;
3) Expected experimental results;
4) The necessity and rationality of applying for the experiment machine or issuing time;
5) Previous experimental execution (implementation of various rules and regulations, feedback of previous experimental research progress, and feedback of research results), this requirement will not be considered for the first application.
